Irene studied Art in High School. She didn’t paint again until 2000 whilst living in Forster where she received a ‘Highly Commended Award’ at their Silver Jubilee Art Exhibition.
Irene joined the Central Coast Watercolour Society when she moved to the Central Coast in 2006 where she attended many workshops and has learnt to hone her skills. Her paintings are very diverse and she likes to try new concepts. Many of Irene's paintings have been purchased for private collections.
