"Penny always had a hankering to put colour to paper so when she turned 50 she decided it was time, she started lessons with a local artist and teacher Pam Barry.
Penny has developed into a watercolour artist; specialising in native flowers, underwater scenery, and the scenery of Tuggerah Lakes."
