Nina will demonstrate and explain in this 2 day workshop her methods of approaching watercolours; and guide you through her methods of compositions, useful techniques and colour mixing. This master class would suit intermediate through to experienced students. Some knowledge of basic watercolour techniques would be beneficial.
Nina is a young and enthusiastic award winning watercolourist from Melbourne who loves to teach. Her exceptional work includes predominantly landscapes, often featuring Melbourne and Victorian scenery but also include scenes from her imagination. Weather permitting, she can be regularly be found out and about painting the views. Her style is reminiscent of Pekel/Haycraft/Zbukvic with its focus on light and atmosphere with an emphasis on the tonal aspects in painting.
